I have complete faith that whatever you end up doing, your story will be wonderful and I will read it with avid delight!
But from my perspective, one thing that made your story so unique and compelling is that with one RO, the story could go deep into the complexities of a single romantic relationship that has a lot of facets and possibilities. The MC and Lux feel very grounded. To me, with three ROs, the MC feels a little less defined as a character and so do each of the ROs themselves, since it seems like they have to be a little more malleable to accommodate their different routes.
Plus, another thing I think is uniquely interesting about your story is how it revolves around complex relationships including family, friends, and political alliances. Like I think the counterpoint of having Ymeric as a brother to Lux vs Eulen as a brother to the MC is an incredibly interesting theme to think about. There's just a richness of depth to thosenchatacters being a little more fixed.
But that's just my two cents. I love your story already and I know I'll keep loving it!
