I just finished up my second day as a part time employee at Patagonia and I've got to admit that it's already one of the coolest companies I've ever worked for. Not only are the employees incredibly hard working and nice, but the company teaches social & environmental responsibility at all levels of the organization, which speaks volumes to me.

One of Patagonia's latest initiatives is traceable down, in which we share exactly where the down for our jackets comes from. The geese are never live-plucked and never force-fed. The video above serves as a brief explanation of that supply chain, but if you want to learn more you can go here.
