THIRD BATCH OF ORDERS SHIPPED. TRACKING STATUS UPDATE.

As per our previous post regarding shipping of Regular Order by EMS or by Reg. Airmail which we divided in to 5 batches out of which we already shipped TWO BATCHES and updated everyone with the shipping dates and delivery dates. The second batch of orders shipped on 7th of Feb 2014 started to deliver around 26th to 28th of Feb 2014 after which we decided to send in the THIRD BATCH of 30 orders which we sent on 3rd of March 2014. We received trackings of Reg. Airmail orders on Monday, 11th of March 2014 and for EMS on Tuesday, 12th of March 2014 which have been forwarded to our customers by us by now. These new orders for which our customers have received trackings will not leave Pakistan till next Monday as per information from Pakistan Post and Customs. So delay again, As one can always expect from Pakistan Post and customs. We will update everyone soon as this batch delivers and we,ll send in the new batch. People tend to complain very often without reading our pages. Why did we ever mentioned about our Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr pages on our websites macromass.com and medroids.com under the Contact US pages. Why did we left the links of these pages under the homepage of medroids.com. Why did we left these links on the CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS PANEL page on macromass.com and also the logos of Facebook and Twitter on the Homepage of macromass.com. Why do we send these links in every e-mail signature that we send from our website or from our e-mail addresses. Its because we want our customers to be updated by what's happening. We can't type in all day or copy paste to all the thousands of e-mail addresses in our database. We can't also Spam your inboxes by sending in tons of e-mails that's why we type on our Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts so that everyone can stay up to date with the events happening. Please before complaining take a look at our pages then grab our neck if we are found guilty on not updating our customers. We respond to every query within 24 hours therefore do check your SPAM/JUNK Folders as well as inbox when ordering from us or when sending us a query. There are several methods of contacting us listed on the CONTACT US pages of both macromass.com and medroids.com. The only job one has to do is to see. We hope and pray that we always stand up to our customers expectations for which we put all our efforts to our work. If we still fail to impress or convince some of you, then forgive us. Important Shipping Update.

Shipping from Lahore is temporarily closed from today. Ketamine HCL Crystal orders were already one week late because of in going customs problems. We would like to let everyone know that we are trying to ship from Islamabad Port now. Ketamine HCL Crystal orders would not be shipped from Islamabad. They would be shipped from Lahore Port only. We are expecting Lahore port to resume within a maximum of 1 week or so. All shipments to go today have been postponed by us because we didn't want to get these stuck in case of similar problems with Islamabad Port. We are sending a few test shipments from Islamabad Port tomorrow. If they ship and show positive status then we will process all the medicine orders in the queue. We apologies for the sudden problem and hope that our customers would compromise with us as they have always and would understand that whatever the necessary steps we take are for the betterment and safety for both us and the clients .
