One Piece Opening Tag! List your 3 favourite One Piece openings+ why they’re your favourites! Once you’re done, send this ask to 3 other people in the community! Ps this is trafalgarscan~

OKAY. This was somewhat hard, but I managed to pull through in the end! So starting with number three!

3. Hands Up! (Opening 16)

It was either this one or One Day, but this one won out in the end. To me, it has a different sort of feel to it than a lot of the other OP openings (it’s same deal with One Day too), and I like that. That makes it stand out, makes it unique. Also somewhat related, the lawlu feels are up to the extremes here haha.

2. We Are! Remix (Opening 10)

This is my favorite version of We Are, hands down. I like the different key they use here (pretty sure it’s in E-major, but it’s been a little while since i’ve taken a music class), it seems much more upbeat for some reason? Idk, whatever man. But yeah, I also just like Dong Bang Shin Ki A LOT, and they sing this really well! So good.

1. Share the World (Opening 11)

AND THIS. IS AT THE TOP OF THE LIST DAMMIT. When I first saw this one, I was a bit surprised. I mean, all of the openings prior to this one had a certain feel to them. SHARE THE WORLD DID A TOTAL 180. It’s the first of the openings to have a different kind of mood imo. I mean, this starts playing the episode RIGHT after Luffy punches out Saint Charlos. And THAT’S when things start to get a lot darker for One Piece, it’s what gets the crew separated in the first place, and Sabaody is essentially the beginning of the Summit War arc. Anyway, it’s the first of the openings to have a different feel to it, and I love that. I also really like the animation for this one, I feel that we got an animation bump here, which is always good. It’s a lot more fluid I think! And this also just happens to be the first time where a certain somebody shows up in the openings (*cough*LAW*cough*). But yeah, I LOVE THIS OPENING SO MUCH, I KNOW THE WHOLE THING BY HEART. HELL, I WOULD TOTALLY SING THIS ON HERE EVEN IF SOMEBODY EVER WANTED ME TO. I’m serious, I’ll do it, just say the word.

Who asks the other on dates: Law, but Luffy plans them because he would rather hike a mountain than sit in a restaurant and Law just goes along with it. As long as hes with Luffy he doesn’t care where they are.Who is the bigger cuddler: Luffy, Law has to shove a pillow in Luffy hands at night so he doesn’t die of suffocation.Who initiates holding hands more often:Luffy, he is more good in expressing his emotions, He understands them so is confident in public and doesn’t care what others think about him.Who remembers anniversaries: Law, but Luffy feels terrible afterwards and tries to make it up to Law with homemade cooking much to Law’s horror.Who is more possessive: Law, at distance it looks like Luffy. But after the harsh glares and fights that people have seen from Law they know not to touch Luffy. Especially after ace and Law tagged teamed against one guy.Who gets more jealous: Both, law gets jealous in a way that he goes really quiet and silently panics about all the scenarios of Luffy leaving him. Whilst Luffy interrupts the conversations and tries to become center of attention so Law cant forget about him.Who is more protective: Law likes to think he is. But Luffy grew up with two over protective brothers which Luffy learnt everything from including how to be super over protective, especially towards law.Who is more likely to cheat: I would like to think neither, they are too loyal and honest with each other.Who initiates sexy times the most: Law, he cant look at Luffy all day without doing something about it..Who kills the spider: They call Nami to do it. Law says its because Luffy tries to throw chairs and the kitchen table at it, so he has to hold him back and stop him from ripping the house  apart. But that’s what law says.Who asks the the other to marry them: Luffy. He heard from Robin that Law has wanted to ask for years but was being to much of a dork so he just gets on with it and asks.Who buys the other flowers or gifts: Both, Luffy finds those weird joke presents like a animal rubber or one of those bats that have a ball attached to them and tells Law that they ‘reminded me of him’ whilst Law just buys every type of new food he comes across, to see if Luffy will love anything other than meat.

Who would bring up possibly having kids: Neither, although they both love kids, they love their freedom and don’t want a really big responsibility.

Who is more nervous to meet the parents:Law, have you met the monkey family? If poor law isn’t checking where he’s walking for Ace’s booby traps or getting a huge ass lecture from Sabo. He has to check his back for not just some huge assed lady but an old man as well.Who sleeps on the couch when the other is angry :Luffy, he doesn’t bother to argue about it. he doesn’t really mind anyway he can sleep with their pet dog.Who tries to make up first after arguments: Depends who’s fault it is. once they have calmed down the realization hits them and they run back to the other and apologize as soon as possible.Who tells the other they love them more often: They say it in different ways, Luffy says it physically with the words ‘i love you’ and a big hug and kiss. but Law isn’t as good at expressing his emotions. So he does things like buying extra meat and smiling at Luffy a way he never smiles at anyone else.
