As Tragedy Queens: Stories Inspired by Lana Del Rey & Sylvia Plath officially launches, I want to share the stories behind the stories in this amazing antho. Tiffany Morris wrote a story called ‘The Lazarus Wife,’ which tracks the rise & decay of a marriage from the point of view of the disenchanted wife, with an incredible twist that I never saw coming. She is a poet as well & reads a couple of her poems on air, as well as an excerpt from her story. We talked about the rise of female voices throughout literary history & why Sylvia Plath still resonates today. This is the best sad girl party. Join us!
