Summary: Gale, Ullamak, and Vael'theirin have been in hinge relationship since Gale confided how much he cared for both of them. For awhile, that's enough, until Vael finds himself longing for Ullamak in ways he thought he'd only long for Gale. When he gathers the courage to say something, he's shocked to hear Ullamak feels the same, and they can't help but celebrate their relationship immediately.

✨Let's talk about OCs!✨ How would you describe your OC's personality/aesthetic? What's your favourite thing about them? Tell us a fun fact(s) about your OC or their creation!

I'll talk about Ari, who i don't mention enough!!!

Arvanya Goldengrove, or Ari for short, is a very head-strong and stubborn young woman. Personality wise, she's very no-nonsense and analytical. She enjoys thinking deeply about things and learning new information and doesn't like to move until she knows everything. Despite growing up poor and on the streets, she has a love for the finer things. Her favorite color is royal purple and she dreams of one day being able to live a completely normal life.

My favorite thing about her is that she's gorgeous?? and covered head to toe in freckles?? but other than that, just that she's a deeply caring person. Once she puts her mind to something, she'll see it through to the end. No job left unfinished and nobody left behind sort of creed, which is what eventually got her killed.

Fun Fact about her creation is this was another moment of I made a character to add to someone's backstory (in this case, Syril's) just to name a dead person and then I got so attached, I developed them into their own character. Ari exists in an alternate universe where Syril died instead of her, so she goes through the whole events of BG3. they are unfortunately a cursed pair where only one can live, but this is what allows them to build happy lives with Astarion (Syril) and Lae'zel.

Oh!! Thank you, this is so fun and I'm always secretly looking for reasons to talk about my blorbo <3

So, a boiled down description of Veryn's personality would be something like...if the hero of a shounen manga was also dashing. He's bold and friendly, not SUPER talkative but still very conversational and easy to talk to. He's a good listener (a skill that can be turned against foes) and genuinely likes to learn about others because he has a natural curiosity. He's a bit awed by All The Things, if that makes sense. However, he isn't naive. Young (for a half elf) and perhaps less than worldly, but that's where the bright-eyed inquisitiveness comes in. There's an aspect of the more you know, the better off you are, because it's practical when dealing in subterfuge, stealth, entertainment, and...well, crime, but he also gets it honest. He really does want to see more of the world than just Baldur's Gate.

My favorite thing about Veryn is that he is achingly genuine and very in control of his emotions. While he can turn the facade on and off, you won't be able to tell when it happens. He's this odd balance of frank honesty and severe duplicitousness, but the latter is only employed when absolutely necessary. It's not how he treats people he cares about, or even complete strangers. A disarming open book (or so he seems).

A fun fact about Veryn would be that he is kind of a germaphobe, which is peculiar given the relative poverty he grew up in and the whole covered in blood every other hour thing. He can be a bit fastidious with cleaning himself, his armor, weapons, personal space, that sort of thing. It definitely was something his friends (read: fellow thieves) would tease him about when he was younger.

A fun fact about his creation is that he ended up looking like the guy who gave me my one and only tattoo almost fourteen years ago. I had a thirst and it never went away...

I'm hoping that between now and when Winds of Winter is released that I'll slowly read the rest of the books and after start the TV series, pacing myself...jk I'm not that kind of person XD
