Took a hike after Church again along the Virgin River.
Had to go back for a tire I found earlier.
River is much higher now. I could walk across the dam top last week. There was rain here for a few days; much more up north.
Found more trash I have to haul out next trip.

Late night.
At 229.7 Miles: I hiked 58.2 miles in the last 36 hours so I could have lunch with the family on my sisters birthday. I drank 12.5 liters of water, climbed nearly 10,000 vertical feet, ate 6000+ calories, and carried a 26 pound pack. Excited to eat some home cookin', take several showers, and then hit the trail again.
I can honestly say not a day goes by that I don't think about the Trail in one form or another.
