Some TROS trailer thoughts
Not gonna lie guys,
I legit cried watching this trailer. 3PO’s line and Carrie‘s voice, UGH it was too much! I just could not handle the emotion.
Such an awesome trailer, I can already tell it’s gonna be a beautiful film with lots of amazing scenes.
Biggest highlights for me:
- REY. REY. REY. The training montage, seeing how much her power is growing, more footage of her facing off with Kylo and every other scene with her. I am SO excited to see what she does in this movie. On the other hand, that very last shot with her feels sort of foreboding (to me at least), and up until now I was certain they would not kill Rey off. But seeing her looking very small in front of a laughing Palpatine? Now I’m not so sure...
- Trio footage and seeing Rey, Finn and Poe together. I love these new characters to death and it’s so cool knowing that they will be on their own journey together. I have to mention 3PO’s line again, it’s so sad because I feel like it echos the fact that this will be the last movie with these characters. Heartbreaking!
- “Confronting fear is the destiny of a Jedi...your destiny,” even if he’s only in this film for a few minutes, it would be so amazing to see Luke again. I just know he’s going to give Rey a motivational speech right when she needs it the most which would be so wonderful. Just hearing his voice is awesome.
- So this trailer basically confirms that Palpatine has been behind everything from the start. At first I was hesitant to get on board with his return but honestly the more I think about it the cooler it sounds and the more I want to see it. But what does he want? Will he try and manipulate Rey into joining him? Or Kylo? Or both?
- And last but not least, hearing Carrie’s voice at the end just sealed the deal. So freaking emotional, especially considering that today is her birthday. I’m guessing they did that on purpose. It will be really interesting to see how she fits into this movie and how film magic will bring her back to life for one final performance.
I’m so excited!! Just 2 months to go!

Suzuki initially refuses Suguki's proposal to teach each other and aim for the top because it seems to reckless. But accepts in anger because he is overwhelmed by Suguki's provocative and competitive attitude. The two are polar opposites in terms of personality and they clash. But as they train together and work hard they close the gap. Then Suzuki gradually realizes that he's attracted to Suguki.
