Update
I have been absent for quite some time but I have been pleasantly surprised with the growth of followers to my simple blog. Thank you to all the new followers these last few months! I had pledged previously that I would look at each follower to see what interests we share but that has grown totally impossible at this point. I would enjoy hearing from any of you were there something I could help with. Hundreds of hours have been spent researching the tiny house that I hope to build! And on that note, just earlier this evening I sent a message to the local trailer dealer that quoted us initially to revise a few items (particularly length) on his proposal as we are now in a position to pay cash for it!! Hurray! Our neighbor across the street owns property here in town and I sent him a message too earlier seeing if he'd rent some space for us to build on. Fingers crossed that he will accommodate us and not need payment. I for one am tired of being a [large] homeowner and have grown to dislike all the material possessions owned at this point. Truly ridiculous how much we own and do not use. The last fun newsworthy item has been the joining of a makers space in the town one over from ours. I am often closing the place (10 p.m.), being scooted out as they want to go home for the night. My creative juices have not been flowing like this in such a long time.
