An interesting realization came to me when I was walking the dogs today- I have never raced an OCR Championship Race minus my one time at OCRWC but even then I raced on a team. I have NO idea where I stack up among the amazing athletes that for sure are all going to be there beside me at the start, I’ve never raced against 95% of the current Spartan Pro Team! I haven’t taken my racing career seriously since my first year, so I don’t know wether to be thrilled or terrified! 😳😏 I suppose I’ll either exceed my expectations or get knocked down a peg- either outcome to be an epic learning experience for sure! 😜 For now I’m trying to put these thoughts at bay and breathe... the quest for greatness starts in 4 short days...
