Famitsu Pokemon Poll Rankings
So according to Famitsu Magazine these are the most popular Pokemon and Trainers in Japan

"The First partner we chose?" Ranking
1: Sobble
2: Scorbunny
3: Grookey
(This is interesting. It seems Scorbunny is the most Popular Starter pick in the West but Sobble is the most Popular Starter pick in Japan)
Second Page
"What's your favorite Pokemon?"
1: Corviknight
2: Alcremie
3: Yamper
4: Inteleon
5: Toxtricity
6: Wooloo
(Also interesting. All of these pokemon were in the Top 10 of Galar in the Pokemon of the Year poll. But Dragapult, Snom, Cinderace, and Zacian are missing from this. Granted this is only the Top 6 instead of Top 10. So this could mean they either appeal more to the Western Fanbase OR They could've been 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th places for all we know?
It's also very interesting to see Inteleon is the most popular Final Stage Galar Starter in Japan instead of Cinderace. As someone who's favorite is Inteleon I must say this caught me completely off guard? I'm not complaining tho lol)

(Again I'm not surprised Marnie made #1 in Japan. She's adorable and has a great battle theme. All the others here are no real surprise except Kabu. That one's a bit random? I'm surprised there's no Nessa, Bea, Melony, or Sonia? I guess either they're the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th favorites OR they just must appeal more to the Western crowd than Japan)
So what do you think of Japan's Rankings?
(Personally I think it's interesting to see how much their tastes differentiate from here in the West. Tho I can't exactly disagree with most of these rankings 😆)
