it's confession time...this trainer fell off the wagon for the past 2 weeks. i felt so exhausted & couldn't make myself stop drinking coffee long enough to get myself into a gym to workout. i've been eating poorly & not keeping myself accountable 😞 but this post is to show you that everyone (yes, EVERYONE!) has those times where they feel unmotivated, no matter how much they try. but the important thing is that you eventually get past those feelings & realize that each day is a new day. so today i woke up with the mindset that i was going to get back on track so that i could feel as good as i had felt before. it's a process, but each step, no matter how small, is still a step forward 🐾 now...side note! at the gym today, i worked mainly my upper body today, but I've been needing to spend more time on my hamstrings. from tap dancing all of my life, my quads are more developed than my hammies & when i do leg curls, i prefer to do prone (laying on my stomach) & one leg at a time because there's a wider range of motion & i feel it's harder to cheat. also, since you're not sitting on your butt, the entire muscle is utilized. just some trainer tips for your weekend! now enjoy the rest of your sunday funday & be sure to relax before the beginning of the week!! 😊😎✌🏻️ #fitfam #fitlife #backontrack #gains #hammies #legs #circuit #inspire #fitspo #justdoit #mindset #iconapop #clapclap #motivate #slacking #backtoit #curl #trainerthoughts #sundayfunday #trainerlife #vibes
