It’s pretty amazing to me that, just five years ago, the bro’s were roughly the same size and weight, though you can see the structural differences; everything since then has been a series of meticulous, conscious decisions tending towards heavyweight mass or streamlined aesthetics.

did i just have another idea for training partners that includes a massage? why yes, yes I did

but only bc my tricep tightened up while doing burpees during my kickboxing class and my delulu mind immediately went to: what if hugh gave you a massage to relieve all your tight muscles???

“well get on the bed then baby,” he’ll say with a smirk. “let me make you feel good.”
