I need advice!
So...I recently moved alllll the way across the country and the club I'm training at isn't able to deal with someone of my standard. As such I'm seeing my standards drop rapidly. So I need some training things to do that don't require another person/equipment. At the moment I've got: Sprint training Video play back of floor work/patterns Standing kick chambering practice (against my bedroom wall) Aaand that's it. Help? Please?
