I need advice!

So...I recently moved alllll the way across the country and the club I'm training at isn't able to deal with someone of my standard. As such I'm seeing my standards drop rapidly. So I need some training things to do that don't require another person/equipment. At the moment I've got: Sprint training Video play back of floor work/patterns Standing kick chambering practice (against my bedroom wall) Aaand that's it. Help? Please?

Teaching these classes they have already changed the lives of all of the martial artists they teach, the ones that help out at classes, and even just the ones that know about it!

These guys are honestly the embodiment of Indomitable Spirit, and watching them compete at the Welsh Closed was possibly the most amazing thing I will ever witness. If you can give anything to keep this amazing idea going, I would be so grateful!

Taekwondo...again...(bit easier this time) Anyone know how musical patterns are scored? I know how regular patterns are scored and I can generally predict how they're going to go, but I've only seen musical patterns once and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how they were scored. Naturally google is no help what so ever.

Calling all Budoblrs!

(Taekwondo) I was competing the other day in the Midlands national, and the girl I was up against in the last sparring round kept getting away from me, almost running away from me when I attacked so I couldn't catch her (as opposed to dodging back or to the side and then launching a counter.) Any tips on how to get around this? I'm thinking a traveling kick would help, but my 360s are too slow and leave me way too open.
