Good morning darlings!!! I'm SO HAPPY TO be back to my regular routine. As much as I enjoy working out with my friends I really NEED TO fit in self gym time. I spent maybe less than 2 hours at the gym today. I'm really tired. I think it's like my 4th day in a row at the gym lol. I FINALLY registered for my Fitness Theory course :D. #aspiringtrainer. I'm going to my best to #encouRAGE everyone to chase their #Gainz :3. Speaking of which I totes got smoked in a race around the track yesterday by a friend. It DID NOT help that my pants were falling down ^^; lol. I took that L to my chest like a champ and thought to myself. "I won't let setbacks HOLD me back." Let them help you see where you're lacking; reevaluate, research and revise :D. Use those setbacks to set you up for a COMEBACK >:D. No successful person that way just by sitting and complaining (except maybe philosophers and political pundits) :P.
