Hello darlings! This was from my jam session earlier today. I went right after work. I didn't do too much just lots of cardio, balance and stabilizing exercises along with some light lifting to keep the strength in my upper body. NOTHING SHORT OF DIVINE INTERVENTION, MEDICAL ORDERS & REST DAYS WILL STOP THE GAIN TRAIN >:3. #allaboardthegaintrain I tried Russian Twists for the first time today. I'm not a fan ^^;. #ihateabdays I however DID enjoy doing a C sit on the Bosu ball with a 2lb medicine ball. I can tell right meow that I and my abs will be crying tomorrow TT__TT. But I will be worth it. A stronger core means better & faster spins and hip thrusts ;3. #kpopdancing I think when I'm better I'd like to try doing the Scorpion break dance move again. It'll encourage me to work more on my core muscles (TT__TT) and my wimpy noodle arms. I know it's hump day but I hope you're moving (even if it's an inch) closer to those dreams and goals.
