Well this was fun. 10lb PR at 210lbs just cuz I wanted to test my strength from powerlifting. Took me a few reps to work out the kinks. There's a few kinks right now lol - The PR was not because of mad skill work or drilling technique but purely building my back and legs. - Exercises to do that: Clean pulls, deadlifts, box squat box jumps, single leg jumps, snatch high pulls, back extension, good mornings, speed deadlifts all have helped me maintain a better position in my first pull. - #GetStrong #TrainWithIntention #Red5
