Native Instruments unveil the new Traktor Kontrol S5
The Traktor Kontrol S5 is the all new, portable, Stems-ready, pro 4-channel DJ controller from Native Instruments. The Kontrol S5 boasts an original, touch sensitive, high resolution, full colour display adding to the DJ experience and enabling that music connection from the DJ to the crowd. The innate hands-on work flow allows creativity to know no bounds! The compact controller is all that is needed when DJing and is robust enough to travel around the globe.
The Native Instruments Kontrol S5 also consists of 4+4 Remix Deck controls with 16 colour coded pads useful for activating samples and cue points. Also featured are performance controls where tracks can be sliced, frozen and remixed and a touch-sensitive interface where panels, pop-up views, FX, playback, BPM and filter can be activated. If the above was not enough the Traktor Kontrol S5 comes with the renowned Traktor Pro 2 DJ software where there is primary control over the dynamic new Stem Decks.
In addition to the above there are two customisable FX units with over 30 studio quality effects plus Macro FX, built-in audio interface which is club-ready resulting in 24-bit/48kHz of clear, pure sound, AUX input with mic preamp and a separate line input for another piece of equipment and finally an XLR/RCA master and ¼ inch booth outputs.
