there is a difference between a transmisogynist degendering a trans woman by calling her a man (what happens in the comic), and trans women complaining about actual men who are trying to take a post explicitly about transmisogyny and make it about themselves when they are not the systemic targets of transmisogyny (what's happening on the post). i think conflating the two is extremely dangerous; TERFs and other transmisogynists don't actually hate trans women because we're "really men," and repeating the idea that they do is just platforming their rhetoric.
