The Tramsport Station, Peckham

I decided to begin playing with the Aylesham Centres space. It is currently a shopping complex filled with kitsch furniture shops, and for the space used, it is inefficient. Not to mention that a large amount of the space is used up for parking space, which should be considered a crime, as it is currently a wasted space that could be something that would benefit the community more.

I decided to keep the bus depot, as that is still a vital travel link for residents and visitors, although with underground and overground links, it doesn't seem as necessary. There will be 3 structures overall - A bus house that faces the gas station (A safe thoroughfare instead of a small path), with a lit path that leads to the tram house and visitor centre. This will be the primary point in the property. situated at the top of the triangle is residential housing, whether it is temporary or permanent accommodation is yet to be decided.

The main front of the space that links to the Peckham library and to the high street is the tram link - to which it will run the length of peckham’s high street.
