As someone of you may know, it's beena long time that I've started my reasearch to understand and see the diferences between trans FTM individuals about having periods. Well, I'm extending it!! Hey, trans elder chiming in with my two cents on this discourse:
Trans men and trans women are not enemies. Our existences do not inherently cancel each other out. Our fights may not be identical, but they are parallel, and we should be doing all we can to uplift and protect each other.
I’ve always said that in-fighting is going to be the death of our community. We bicker so much that we don’t even have the time or energy to focus on the very real threats that are being directed at ALL of us from those in power who wish to see us ALL eradicated simply because they can. There is no reason for the violence. The violence is the reason.
Transandrophobia and transmisogyny are both real issues that we respectively face, but they are also both symptoms of a broader issue: general transphobia.
If we want visibility, we must create it for ourselves. We cannot wait for it to be granted to us by people that think we do not deserve it. Our visibility comes with a price, though, and that price is placing an enormous target on our backs. As such, we need to stand together. We are a family, we are a community. And, damn it- we all better start acting like it sooner rather than later, because it’s gonna get ugly before it gets better. Before it gets safer.
Trans women, I promise that you are safe with me. I promise that I see you.
Trans men, I promise that I see you. I promise that you are safe with me.
Nonbinary folks, you are valid within our community and are safe with us. Your trans* siblings have your back.
Intersex folks, you belong here. I promise that you are safe and seen with us.
We are all stronger together. We will survive, like they said during the police raids and the violent political climates of our collective history, by continuing to fight, and continuing to dance.
As conservative politicians try to control expressions of gender and sexuality, a rural haven from hostility offers competition and comfort.

Please give it a read, and if anyone wants information on how to get involved: where to go watch, or even competing- just let me know. Gay rodeo has been going on since the 60s and has chapters in several states in the US, as well as in Canada. But only has a fraction of the numbers it used to, and very few younger folks.

Trans People are an oppressed group of people who are getting legislated "out of existence". They are being legislated out of sports. They are being legislated out of bathrooms. There is legislation denying them gender affirming care. They are still being discriminated against for employment. They are still being discriminated against for housing. The Rightwing and Reactionaries want to control how Trans People dress and present (what do you think the Drag Bans were about). So why are we still having conversations that Trans People do not exist. If they do not exist, why is the Rightwing so viciously cracking down on them? We have seen Trans People of every race, ethnicity, sex, etc. These people exist. And they are in danger. The Rightwing is going on a full war to erase/eradicate Trans People. The truth is Trans People will always exist (just like Gay People will always exist), but they are being actively oppressed and harmed. This wave of anti-trans legislation and anti-trans rhetoric will lead to suppression of their identity ("being closeted"), will lead to Trans People committing Suicide, will lead to Trans People & Allies being imprisoned, and will lead to Hate Crimes. Whether Anarchist, Communist, Socialist, Social Democrat, Moderates, Liberals, etc. You need to be advocating for and protecting Trans People.
..... Well, I mean, yea... I am trans. And I am a Communist. ..... I mean, how many trans folks you know that are into politics and are not Communists. :p
