question for fellow trans guys with a bigger chest

how do you guys survive summer?? it’s so warm in my country rn and my binder is killing me. because my boobs are being squished down it gets so warm and that causes so much sweat and ugh it’s almost unbearable (plus on top of that binders aren’t exactly light clothing)

does anyone have any tips on binding without it causing me to be so so so warm? cause i don’t know if i can do this much longer, this is actually killing me
