-Their freakier than you'd think they'd be. Especially Jack......
-Jack is one of the first long term boyfriends Jeff's had. He mainly dated women before he got with him
-Jack has technically proposed!
-When they first met, they did NOT like each other. Jeff was freaked out bc he was a new demon in HIS house! Whereas Jack thought he was a lowlife with no respect for himself. I'll leave how they got together as a vague mystery (because I know toby follows this blog .... Get out of here Toby!!!)
-As much as Jeff loves him, He refuses to let Jack borrow his speaker, less he taints it with his white suburban mom music (he can only listen to devils don't fly so many times...)
-Their anniversary is August 1st!
-Their love their daughter so much they look at her and go "hhhfjgrum oh my god why are you so LITTLE" and then Jeff has to go kick toby because that is how cute she is!!!
-Their fights consist of Jeff yelling while Jack stares at him silently, and when he's done jack picks him up and sets him in a tree /hj
No but there's a lot of yelling and tears on Jeff's part, while Jack doesn't really tend to raise his voice unless he's PISSED. Dramatic twink x Could not be bothered core
Most of their big fights happened in the first couple months of getting together. Once they actually communicated and realized that yelling violent threats at each other wasn't a very good strategy to resolve 90% of things, they figured it out. Be glad you weren't there
-Jeff tends to be the one standing up for Jack, being a proxy and all. He outranks all the residents, why wouldn't he defend his dearest boyfriend? At least, before the incident.
-Showering together is hard. It ends up with one of them sitting outside with the saddest puppy eyes ever because cabin 7 has the TINIEST FUCKING SHOWER EVER.
-They bite. Hard.
-Jeff pierced Jack's tongue! It was very sketchy, he had a piercing kit, a YouTube tutorial, and a dream
Jeff was supposed to let Jack do his snake bites after but he got scared and backed out and it ended in a huge fight 💔 3 years later and he still hasn't done it
-Jack has frequently knocked Jeff to the floor with his tail. On purpose and accident. It's hilarious to both of them
-When they first told them they got together, Tim freaked out over the possibility of "something bad" happening. Jeff brushed him off, cited that he could take care of himself
You'll never guess what happened a few years after that..... (Hint: it's name is Stella)
-Brian does NOT like Jeff being with Jack. He's caused nothing but trouble for Jeff in his eyes. Why should he EVER trust him?
-Jeff has many, many scars of scratches and bites from Jack. You can figure out why
-Jeffs favorite hobby is freaking Jack out with his other hobbies. Ex:
"Jeffery why are you ripping the bones out of that deer corpse?!"
"You'll understand later!!!"
-They struggled a lot with Chris in the beginning. Suddenly being in charge of this unsocialized, traumatized, injured kid without prior experience wasn't something they'd dealt with before, Jeff especially. How are you supposed to bond with a kid who's favorite activity was crying to go home?
The answer was spiderman.
-Stella was easier than Chris once she was actually born (outside of normal struggles with a new baby). Demonic possession seems to make kids harder or something, who would've thought! Even with this, Jack found it a little harder to bond with her because of how dependent she was on Jeff for the first month or two. Now that she's not a breathing sack of potatoes, he has found many things to do with his daughter! Such as:
Watching Toby and Ben fight
Watching Toby and Jeff fight
Fighting with Toby
Watching visitors fight with Toby
Pretending she is a starving victorian child during the plague times
Watching Toby somehow injure himself doing nothing
Watching documentaries together
'Beating up' people who pass by
He is so good at entertaining his infant daughter
-Jack has never heard Jeff's backstory until they were drinking on their first anniversary and Jeff started drunk rambling about it and jacks face the entire time was HORRIFIED. Jeff still doesn't know too much about Jack's, just that it was bad
-Hayden loves to barge in on anything their doing, like the annoying little brother he is. He is the exact reason Jeff put a lock on their door. Thanks Hayden!
-Orson had no idea they were together until they watched them kiss and immediately was like "Wait a damn minute 😰😰😰". Same with Charlie.

I let out a small giggle to myself when I remember Jeff didn't even make it to 8th grade in this au (incident happened June of 2013, when he was 12, he would have just finished 7th)
then I get sad because he was just a baby going through all that :(
