Jughead considers, squints, his fingers pulling back. "Unless you want me to."

Archie nervously laughs, the barest exhale, before he glances at the wall. And it's enough.

 Takes place somewhere around 01x08. Jughead is staying with the Andrews while F.P. gets himself in order. Jughead and Archie are still learning how to be friends again, whatever that means for them now. A certain skill from Jughead's past comes up that Archie needs to learn, and Jughead offers to help which places them in a much more vulnerable position than expected.

Jughead is FTM trans in this story (and in canon too imho).

i’ve decided jughead, prior to coming out and transitioning, viewed the song Creep by radiohead as his anthem.  the lines “i want a perfect body, i want a perfect soul” and “i’m a weirdo, what the hell am i doing here?” just made him feel things deep inside.
