BlueFlame AU Pinkie Pie is a demiboy (he/it). Also his design is really cute I'm really happy with how it turned out :3 I wonder what it's looking at?

In my mlp au Pinkie doesn't change his name because he really likes it and thinks it fits it really well. (also I changed his full name to Pink Quartz Pie bc it bothered me that most of Pinkie's family had rock related names but Pinkie (and Maud) didn't.

I can’t decide if I want Cheese to change her name after transitioning? and if so what to name her? I suppose it isn’t really necessary. Any trans mlp fans out there than can give me their input?

Magic would make being trans in Equestria a heckuva lot easier.

Probably! Though, depending on how much Equestria mirrors modern-day North American societies, it might not be all smooth-sailing. Non-trans unicorns might have been slow to develop such spells, if they didn’t understand the need for them, and even once they were developed, earth ponies and pegasi in particular might have had problems getting the spells cast on them. Ponies might have sought black-market and gray-market solutions if they encountered gate-keepers, too—poison joke and the like. Etc., etc., etc.

But still, one does imagine that magic would be extraordinarily useful for those trans ponies desiring physical transition.
