Trans Oscar ramblings because I said so:

-Oscar hated being in the girls part of the orphanage, so he would sneak out to play with the boys

-Oscar spent a lot of time working out so he could seem more masculine

-Oscar REALLY looked up to Jesus, because Jesus was a kind person AND a man. He’d use Jesus as an example so he wouldn’t feel bad for being a caring person.

-Oscar socially transitioned once he ran away from the orphanage, and rejoined a separate church afterwards. They never really checked his ID.

-Oscar does pay for a fake ID so he can have his name and gender correct

-Oscar tends to bind with medical tape for way longer than he should.

-Oscar didn’t tend to let himself fall in love as easily, because he expected himself to be a straight man. Since he didn’t find women attractive, he figured he might as well be a priest. When Arthur came into his life, he realized he was gay.

-Oscar lied about having agnia pectoris so he could get testosterone from doctors. Research here

-Oscar has never told anyone about himself. The first person he’d tell is Arthur.
