Transcom (Transcom Worldwide AB), a Swedish-owned BPO company, officially opened a 2-floor site located on the 18th and 19th floor of the Ayala 30th shopping and business center along Meralco Avenue. The site will be the new home to at least 1,000 employees serving customers in North America and Asia Pacific.
