Auto-transcription mishap
Was reading an electronic chart note from an oncologist today, and I had to reread a paragraph a few times because of a confusing transcription error.
What it was supposed to say: etiology of malignancy
What it actually said: ideology of pregnancy
I was very tired, so it didn’t immediately occur to me that this was the auto transcription software’s mistake. Instead, my brain went, “Wait, how is my cancer patient in their mid-60s pregnant, and what on earth is the ‘ideology of pregnancy’?!?”

So the GOP should avoid ... crying on each other's shoulders?
We're thinking T-Paw meant whaling not wailing when he said this. The GOP might have more luck with the latter, though.
