Not all of our clients come to personal training.. Or attend bootcamp. Some, like this #newMom, are only able to #workout at home. Their schedules are too erratic. Obstacles are omnipresent. New mom, "A.", wanted to tighten up badly. She wasn't comfortable with her legs and tummy... so we built an at-home programme for her, using the limited equipment she owned. We also built a doable #dietPlan. She stuck to both... Even though she sometimes felt the progress was slow. "You're looking at yourself too much", I'd told her. "Stay the course." She did. And here are her updates. We're about to start round 2 of at home training. We're excited. Kudos, A.
