any other trans mascs with cerebral palsy notice their dysphagia getting worse aroun the time their voice first starts to drop? i started t in october & i'm starting to have voice racks but i'm also noticing that i have to work a lot harder to swallow which usually only happens when my body is super tense/overworked which i dont think it is rn
