It's not #transormationtuesday but I was too excited to not post. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 ON THE LEFT: 135lbs, newbie gains, could only squat 75lbs drinking a lot of alcohol and taking whatever fitness advice I could get. Fed the BS of "no carbs" "No fats" "Clean foods only" "only organic". 🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵 ON THE RIGHT: I am 133lbs! (And wore the same shirt for reference) I can lift quite a bit for a girl! This is the first time in a while I can proudly say "I'm not trying to lose weight right now" (for now) Sometimes it's not about the losses. Sometimes it's about the time spent for long term results, and getting stronger.
