Oh, no, sorry, not the saline, I meant the kind besides. The medicated over the counter kind. That kind can form addiction and apparently cause worse sinus problems as that's what the doc said happened to me. I stopped using it and it eventually cleared up.

Have you been using any nose spray? Besides saline? I used way too much a long time ago and doc said I'd gotten addicted and it was actually that crap that was prolonging the issue. I stay far away from any besides saline, now.

Saline isn’t addictive. Its salt and water, that’s it.

I haven’t been overusing it, either. I’ve had these issues with my sinuses since September and I’ve only used sinus rinses a few times in that span.
