Would love to have some semi-verbal tips
of course!
I made a previous post here (Link) for some tips but a couple others could be find places you know you could be less vocal easily, like a voice call! You can also try and do something that i call “Vocal clog” (not a professional name at all)
Basically i will have points where i have a lot on my mind, positive or negative, and i just cannot get it out and feel an almost tenseness in my throat. It’s not the best feeling but it is definitely a big thing with how my semi-variableness forms.
And if you physically have a lot to say, then you can wait till you’re alone and start rambling to yourself, when i’m alone i tend to go mute but i feel like it would be very difficult for someone you isn’t semi/non-verbal to hold back words so you can use it as a way to talk a lot!
