We’ve seen that he hunches down, right? Well, if he’s taller than his s/o, then he might stand straight, just so he could tease them about being so ‘small’.
I can see him probably taking some of their clothes, too. Claiming them as his own. As long as they fit him in a way, though.
I’m sorry, this is all that I could think of that could be fluffy. I can’t really compute Doflamingo into being fluffy without it being really out of character for him!

Crocodile as a father headcanons:
Pretty similar to Mihawk, being rather reserved, and distant.
And also kind of like Bege, with the whole kind of mafia-esque kind of outlook.
Though he does NOT pull any of the silly faces and such that Bege does. NOPE.
Does end up developing a small soft spot, like when they’re upset, he can get them to calm down by simply holding them and letting them play with his hand/fingers. (not his hook, obviously.)
Totally gets them some banana croc toys. Come on.
Probably ends up trying to get them an actual one. As a pet. His s/o is not amused.
Ever go to the beach, he’d make them the best sand castle ever. Gotta show whose kid is the best. Duh. Dad logic.
Doesn’t let them get away with anything that they shouldn’t. As in, doesn’t sugar coat, and deals with whatever issues usually right then and there.
