Behind The Red Paintings, there is a Trash McSweeney, an outstanding artist. He is currently on tour in the US with his band. Before their show tonight, he learned sad news. His little sister just passed away from an accident.
and you know what ? He was on the stage . I don't know how he did to sing. I can't imagine how he feels today but check out -> here, you have an idea. I admire him a lot.
Unfortunately, The Red Paintings can't cancel the 4 shows left.
Everybody has not this luxury, not to appear on the stage.
if this music industry can recognize the real talent where it exists. It is not complicated. You have to open your eyes.
I discovered them this year through 95Wiil , a radio from Chicago. I support them via my own online magazine. A bunch of outlets does it too. I think that they need to find good people to help them, a real representation. They are talented. It is time they rise.
Art and Music, blended in a tasteful whirlwind of sounds , haunting and sparkling, intelligent, original, unique and creative. It is The Red Paintings.
