jorgen went to the bathroom and looked at his tired, pale face with three still noticeable, very ugly scars. he kept waiting for them to fade, but it seemed the wounds had been so deep – jorgen, you fucking overdid it, do you realize that? – that they would stay with him forever. maybe over time the scars would turn white. they were just awful. probably also because jorgen remembered his face without them. just two weeks ago, it had been normal, completely human.

it makes you wonder what jessie actually felt back then. when he saw what his face had turned into? sure, in his manic state, it delighted him, but behind that delight, there was something else… despair? horror? his emotions must have gotten all flipped around somehow.

your name is jorgen. you're 28, and you're a coward and a whiner. but in your care, you have a younger brother who's a maniac with a horrifying face, and his adopted fifteen-year-old sister who's an even worse maniac. so instead of a normal family life, you have to commit maniac crimes alongside them.
