Just a friendly reminder that of all the New Doctor Who Doctors, Nine was closest to the Time War. Nine was the one who bad the trauma of losing billions of people and knowing he'd been the one to kill them freshest in his mind. He was the one who carried that guilt deeper than most, possibly even more than Ten.
