i hate being able to tell someone's mood by their footsteps. by how they do simple tasks, like shutting the blinds, or moving shoes around.

i hate how i can tell when they're mad by how they snap at me with one word answers. like you just get back here and you're pissed off? all i've done is sit here and write.

i remember being 8 years old and doing a project in class for mother’s day. i don’t remember the exact words but the teacher told us to write something about our parents loving us. very vividly i remember asking my teacher “what if we don’t think our parents love us?”
