Was just hit with (what i'm pretty sure) is a scam.

I've looked it up and apparently this is something that's happened to a lot of people.

Someone says they 'accidentally reported you' (this blog's been up for like five days or so) and that you gotta contact someone on discord withing 24 hours to get your account back.

As Tumblr has stated here, they will not contact you about any changes to your account.

Best you can do is probably just report the scammer and block them.
