David King is so fucking reckless, and Jake is sure to let him know as soon as he’s in earshot. “Don’t you fucking dare--” It’s absolutely not enough to deter the brawler’s intention. Everyone else dead, a ticket out through the door he’d been plucked handily off of, and now--now, his teammate is throwing it away.  A grimace etches into his teeth and a sharp, but ultimately quiet noise escapes him as he’s lifted down from the hook, forced to use the other’s shoulders to stabilize himself--just as quick to shove David in the same breath. Dizzy with the pain--the  ugly piercing in his shoulder--he still has the energy to be frosty, tainted in desperation with the other survivor. “You should have left me.”

going to see you ;) lmao okay let me do a legit story. idk if lots of families were like this or just mine, but we always had like?? a specific place we’d go on vacation. we used to go to mexico beach, florida, and we’d stay at a place called the el governor motel, and i mean i have years worth of vacations of this place in my head. and the last time i went was probably when i was like 18 or 19, with my mom and my sister. and that’s one of the places that was pretty much entirely demolished in hurricane michael, so that’s pretty sad. but i hope they rebuild it just bc of fond memories even if it wasn’t like a super exciting place or anything.

ORANGE - …funny story about something that happened to me.

oh okay you’ve actually seen my mom’s house once, so you’ll understand how dumb this was. on our front porch, we literally only have two steps that lead up into the porch so you can get to the door, and there was a time once when i was going somewhere with my mom and i just….. i didn’t even trip and fall on the stairs, i legit just tipped over sideways into the bush beside the stairs??? i wasn’t even moving, i just fucking fell over. and my mom turned around and started cracking up because since i was in the bush, i was just goNE when i’d been standing there before, and she was laughing so hard she couldn’t help me out of the bush for a solid like five minutes. and that’s the story of how i’m the clumsiest person alive
