The Boiled One / PHEN-228 from Doctor Nowhere's "THE BOILED ONE PHENOMENON" is intersex, traumatagender (link) and anattractional (link), and it has complete genital agenesis!

The requester elaborates: " My reasoning is that after turning into what it is, Phen228 was already intersex with some partial agenesis when it was human. But once whatever happened took place, it shifted, mauled and distorted its body so much that it ended up with absolute genital agenesis and total gender ambiguity. Which also fits, as Phen228 is supposed to be the embodiment of trauma. I added traumatagender additionally since i think its very existence causes too much turmoil to itself, and everyone else, so it's a constant, fleeting inner struggle to be defined by whatever human it once was, or by the entity of punishment that it is now. It's basically forever stuck between the loss of its own humanity, and the miniscule remnants of it. Nonstop. "

Traumatagender flag

(A gender that varies: it can change a lot, it could be unknown, it could just be there, it could be nonexistent, etc. Whatever it is, it was based from intense trauma. Should only be used by those who have experienced or are going through what they consider intense trauma.)

Outergender: A gender characterized by dysphoria, alienation and feeling wrong, different from everyone else. Fluctuates in clarity and definition. May accompany C-PTSD. Could change/resolve with treatment/therapy.

Caedgender / Caedogender: A gender that has been cut away by trauma.

Traumatgender / Traumatagender / Trautgender / Trauatgender: A gender that varies due to trauma.

Genderbruised / Bruisegender: A gender that is sensitive and hurts like a bruise whenever you explore the gender. This can be caused by tramua, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, or other related neurodivergencies. Over time the “bruise” feeling can heal but it doesn’t always.

Corugender / Flashgender: A gender identity that changes during and around flashbacks. For use by people with PTSD or other mental illnesses causing flashbacks only.
