As much as I love my system I really really wish I was a singlet, ignoring the trauma rn its still something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, I don't have a sense of "self", I don't know who I am and its just scary because I don't know who I'm made up of

it’s wack and a lot of introjects but that makes a lot of sense.

not gonna pour my trauma/reasons out tho.

Hey, guess what, if you're a trauma surviver, and you're a system, then you're a fucking traumatic system, it's still the only that alters are created, without trauma, you can't be a system

i’m gonna day Carl but also some are pretty newly discovered so it’s hard to really say

seth fronts the most tho. he gets triggered to the front by like everything. he loves to help people.
