Day 1678 - Boyfriend and I are on the east coast for a wedding and decided to extend our trip to include a visit with his family. <3

Day 1678 - Boyfriend and I are on the east coast for a wedding and decided to extend our trip to include a visit with his family. <3
Day 1447 - Picked up litter throughout our adventures around Volcanoes National Park today. Great news is I didn't see much! The most common thing was scraps torn off of a granola bar wrapper, as evidenced by this sample.
Day 1282 - I may or may not have packed my own tupperware on vacation so that I can pack up leftovers while eating out. Doesn't everyone do that?
Day 1232 - Heading home from vacation and I’m bringing home recyclables that I would have had to throw away here.
Day 1184 - I am queen of the reusable water bottles! (volunteered to take the trip to the water fountain for everyone)
Day 1165 - I've been leaving friendly post-it notes at most places we stop throughout our trip this week.
Day 1161 - This is the first time I've flown since switching to non-liquid toiletries and it's great having one less hassle. Shameless plug for Lush, which makes it easy.
Day 956 - We prefer them anyway, but did you know that direct flights are better for the environment? A huge proportion of the fuel used is for take offs/landings.
