One of the most memorable days ever was when my was wife and I took my Mum at 85 to Spain and were at the Alhambra. It was magnificent, as was she so buoyed by the magic and perfect poetic beatific mathematics of this peaceful place. It was anything and everything. So I know we’re all dealing with a lot of tumblr’s bullshit these days and it can really get one down, so maybe it was fate that this arrived today and brightened my day.

Remember why we are here, guys. We’re here not because of tumblr and how it works. We’re here because of the people we’ve met and come to care about. And about the amazing stories we’ve got to witness in both word and picture.

Much like I did a good year ago, I commissioned four portraits of characters that I hold very dear, and who’s muns I like to consider friends. @xkuja has once again done an outstanding job, and now that three out of four have found their gift and reacted to it, I wished to put them all together right here. It’s a pity that Aria isn’t really active currently, but I do hope she’ll enjoy this gift once she does return!

Seeing how all the gifts have found their recipients and how absolutely breathtakingly stunning and wonderful these pictures are, I wanted to collect them all together here in one place.

I won’t be doing much with it right now, but I still feel the need to share this:

With the two new followers from yesterday/last night, I have reached the 500 mark - after 4 years, 5 months and 8 days.

Wow guys. I never believed that so many people would be interested in my boy here back when I started playing him, and I just wanna say thank you all. Over the years, you have made this hobby one of my favorite things to do in my spare time, as well as a source of both comfort and strength in one of my most tiring and challenging times. I’ve met so many wonderful people on here, many of which I am honored to call friends, and well... I’m just glad to have met you all, and I look forward to continuing to play with you all - as well as with many new people as well, of course!
