[[ Joseph and Dolcetto haven't had much of any actual interaction yet (which needs to change, I need to write us a starter confound it Hannahbrain), but once they do I'm sure it would start out normally enough at first. Dol treating him like he would any stranger, being withdrawn, minimal conversation and walking the line between flat and rude. 

If Dol ever figured out that Joseph played a part in the 5th Laboratory (and believe me, he will, either by recognizing his scent or just putting two-and-two together if Joe's not careful), he immediately won't want anything to do with him. He won't want him near him. Near his family, near the Nest, in his 'territory', he'll want him about as gone and far away as you can get. You know.

If Joseph survives those first few minutes of remembering "oh hey you helped them make our lives a living hell for 14 years".

It wouldn't matter if Joseph had been in their situation for two years; helping the scientists was equivalent to betrayal in Dol's eyes. He'll become hostile, infuriated and possibly violent, depending on if he feels threatened. ]]

[[ The majority of the time, Dol treats Roy much like he does most of the other guys in the bar. He's sarcastic with him, calls him an idiot, often exaggerates his irritation towards him and the others and will punch him if his temper gets riled enough. 

When Roy's more willing to be serious about things and hold an actual conversation, however, Dol speaks with him respectfully and cuts the smartass act. Because despite his stupid humor and his sometimes 'goofball' nature and how annoying it can get, the canine chimera does appreciate his efforts to keep the Nest... lighthearted and laughing. It doesn't go unnoticed.

And when he's not sighing and rubbing the bridge of his nose at another one of the wolf chimera's jokes, he does try to show that appreciation by going out of his way to bring home more difficult to find spices or foods so Roy can toy around with them. ]]

[[ Obviously Dol hasn't had much interaction with Machi yet. But since he sensed something different and off about her, he's automatically shifted into his guarded and withdrawn state. 

He'll more than likely be evasive to most conversation, keep it minimal and, if it comes up, won't give her his full name ("you can call me 'Dol'."), at least until he's positive that she won't pose a threat to himself or the Nest as a whole. And if she continues to rub him wrong, he'll be cold and become quite rude. ]]

[[ Dolcetto treats the squirrel like he hates her.

Because he does.

She's a fucking squirrel. Satan spawn. Rodent from hell. Needs to drown in holy water and salt. Where the fuck does she get laser beams. wtf. That's not natural. That is not a traditional squirrel.

[[ As far as Dolcetto's concerned, he doesn't need to know anything more about Jezabel than that she's a former Lab 5 scientist. That's it. He doesn't trust her. He doesn't like her. And he especially doesn't like that she's still breathing. 

Who she is now really doesn't matter to him. She was still part of the collective whole who caused the deaths of hundreds and the torture of hundreds more. It's unlikely that this view of her will ever change, and he'll continue to be extremely hostile, rude and threatening towards her, though he won't bring her any harm unless he's provoked to do so. ]]

[[ Dolcetto isn't exactly sure what to make of Pride. He's fallen into a habit of distrusting any homunculus he comes across--Greed being an exception--and though Pride hasn't seemed anything aside from cautious, he's no less on defense. 

However, he'd be lying if he said he wasn't... curious. Pride looks suspiciously like a certain brat he once ran into, though he can't seem to pick up on his presence anymore. It's strange.

Dolcetto will more than likely continued to be closed, heavily guarded and mildly hostile towards him for a while. At least until he's sure he isn't part of some kind of trap... or trick... or some other thing the homunculi have planned for a band of runaway experiments... ]]

[[ Rose is one of the few souls that Dolcetto has met whom he very easily became comfortable around. Something about her allows him to feel calm and almost at ease with himself. And because of that his composure is much more laid back than usual.

Dol treats Rose with much respect and seems to be much more careful about the words he uses, as far as saying something possibly sadistic, when around her. He's incredibly grateful for how kind she's been to them, especially to Martel and Genevieve, and since he's not all that great with words, he tries to show it through his actions. 

He does, however, reluctantly close off to her. Not just because of his usual need for privacy and unwillingness to talk about himself, but because he's worried it will eventually lead to not only their friendship breaking off, but also Rose wanting nothing to do with them anymore. And considering how close she and Martel seem to have become, he doesn't want to do that to either of them. He values her friendship and company a lot and doesn't want to risk losing it... or possibly putting Rose in danger, if she learns too much. ]]

♛ I FEEL LIKE ITS BEEN SKIRTED AROUND BUT HI

[[ Dol still has a bit of weariness and caution around Kaye. He's not entirely sure WHERE it comes from as sometimes he doesn't really understand his ingrained suspicion, but perhaps it still comes from the fact that she knew personal information about him even before he was aware she existed. Situations like that generally don't work out too well for him. 

Because of this, he's not very open with her and tends to be pretty withdrawn and offer minimal conversation. Due to her growing relationship with Martel, though, he's gradually becoming more willing to be around her and get to know her better. Especially since she's proven to be a good friend to Martel. He began to want more and more to be better acquainted with her, not only for Martel's sake, but, for Genevieve's, as he's learned Kaye has a kid of her own. 

He does like Kaye and genuinely appreciates what she's done for his other half. And he is going to make a better effort to be calmer, more comfortable around her. ]]
