Despite mostly reading shippy fic for Star Trek Enterprise, when I watch the show I don’t really get the appeal of the ships. Keep putting them all in awkwardly intimate situations while having them not want to date is what I say. Just saw Ent described as “a Star Trek porn parody but they cut out the sex scenes” and like honestly I’m down with that vibe. Back when it was airing I was on team “why the fuck are you like this” about it but now I dig it.

I think Trip who hates dry heat and grew up in Florida should love rainstorms. They should be on a planet and get caught in a sudden downpour and while everyone else gets under cover he whoops with glee and does the arms out head back Reveling thing and yells at Travis to get his boomer ass out here and experience his first rainstorm.

Normally when people say that certain characters have exes energy they mean there’s like, bitterness and sexual vibes between them. When I say that sometimes I get exes energy from Trip Tucker and Jonathan Archer I mean that sometimes I think they dated for a month or two, went “you are so annoying as a boyfriend no way”, and leveled up their friendship from the experience leaving them even more comfortable with each other than before.
T’Pol’s makeup is probably diagetic, bc Vulcan fashion, but Hoshi’s is not, because I’ve done a character analysis there are only two girls and one of them shouldn’t be wearing makeup, for my sake.
