Star Trek character spinoffs I would personally like to see:
Garak and Bashir. That's it that's the premise, they're together and in love and it's just. Well it's happy but also they are themselves so you know it's going to be worth watching to see what the actual fuck kind of situation they're going to get into next.
Data and Geordi hanging out and having more adventures. Not really all that different from the canon I just want to see more.
Hemmer & Uhura mentor/mentee / dad from work/daughter from work b-plot level hijinks because he's 100% ok!!! (coping). Series also features Pelia & Scotty periodically getting into and out of moderately illegal misadventures bc it's really not their fault that I have trouble enjoying them in canon but it would be easier to without certain writing choices having occurred.
Neelix hosting a cooking show, sometimes with guests. It is chaos and it is glorious

Ever since finding out that Connor Trinneer and Dominic Keating have a podcast together, I can't stop thinking about Tucker & Reed having a podcast. Recording it on the Enterprise, bugging everyone on the crew for an interview. Pholx volunteers before they even ask him. Travis is super into it. Hoshi is absolutely flattered. Archer feels a lil weird about it, but starfleet eggs him into it for outreach reasons. T'pol is their white whale. Apparently such a frivolous exercise is an illogical use of crew time, but Trip is sute he can eventually convince her
I’m going back in time to slightly adjust the appalling gender ratio on Star Trek Enterprise. I can change the gender of only ONE of the male cast.
