From late April to July the Atlantic puffin (Fratercula arctica) nests in burrows on Lunga, one of the Treshnish Isles off western Scotland.

Staffa and Treshnish Boat Trip with Turus Mara

take a trip from Ulva Ferry on the isle of Mull. Visit Staffa amd venture into the Fingal's Cave (weather permitted). This island is regarded by some as a wonder of the world with its unique shape that stands out in the landscape.

Treshnish is the island of the Puffins, other sea birds and  wildlife. So tame you get an arms length away from these mind blowing creatures.

Trips are available from Easter to October however Puffin start to migrate around July/August.
