Tri-County Association for the Blind held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new location at 1130 S. 19th. Harrisburg. At the ceremony from left are Danette Blank, association executive director; Greg Gunn, association capital campaign co-chairman; Ralph Peters, association capital campaign co-chair; state Rep. Ron Buxton; Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed; Helen Gemmill, chairwoman of the association’s board; Michael and Karen Leader, honorary chairpeople for the capital campaign, and Marie Sersch, association employee.
